and has two partners, James B. Phillips and Juan F.
Lopez who together have over 35 years experience in the
custom home building business. Almost all of the
homes built by West 23rd
Street Development are Period in design, whether
it be Arts & Crafts, Victorian or Early American
Colonial. The Partners of West 23rd
Street Development Company have built homes ranging in
price from $200 thousand to over $2 million.
